Special offer terms
§ 1. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
1. These terms of use specify the conditions for participation in the special offer carried out under the name "Promotional Sets” and rules for its conduct.2. The organizer of the competition: FreecoNet SA, which is based in Gdańsk at Trzy Lipy 3 Street (80-172 Gdańsk) signed into the Registry of Entrepreneurs - National Court Register under following KRS number 0000313046, Tax ID 583-304-27-23 holder.
3. Offer takes place from 7th of August till the end of our supplies
4. Terms of use is not subjected to approval in the manner specified in the Act from 29 July 1992 on games and bets.
5. Unless terms of use state differently, relations between FreecoNet and its User are regulated by the Service providing terms, Agreement and Offer.
§2. TERMS OF CONDUCTING THE OFFER
1. Special offer cover sets sold by online store 4ip (www.4ip.pl):
a) Cisco PAP2T VoIP gateway and a package of 200 minutes (10 zł)
b) Wireless Gigaset A580 IP phone and a package of 300 minutes (15 zł)
2. Promotional package of minutes is calculated according to cost of connection with Polish land line numbers rate of 0,05 PLN/min and are as follows: 10 PLN, 15 PLN,
3. In order to participate in the special offer one needs to meet the following conditions:
a) is registered in FreecoNet (www.freeconet.pl) or created account within time of special offer,
b) reported the desire to purchase a particular promotional set in our online shop 4IP SC (www.4ip.pl)
3. Everyone meeting the conditions set out in paragraph 2. are entitled to purchase any number of promotional sets listed in the paragraph 1:
a) Cisco PAP2T VoIP gateway and a package of 200 minutes (10 zł) for only 199 PLN
b) Wireless Gigaset A580 IP phone and a package of 400 minutes (15 zł) for only 249 PLN
4. Purchase can only be made directly in the online store 4ip
5. Within 24 hours from receiving the payment for the purchased set (4ip store bank account entry) the organizer will top-up user’s FreecoNet account with the appropriate amount – 10, 15 PLN.
6. The amount of top-up given to the user can be used for calls and services.
7. The user has unlimited time for using the top-up.
8. When purchasing a specific promotional set buyer is obligated to join FreecoNet for minimum 6 months period under penalty of refunding the amount given to him as a top-up.
9. Anyone who does not have full legal capacity can take part in special offer by getting consent of their legal guardian.
§ 3. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
1. Participation in our promotion constitutes the agreement to the special offer terms
2. Special offer terms of use will be available in the office of FreecoNet and website www.freeconet.pl. It can also be send to the user on his request under the condition of providing an addressed envelope with stamp of a proper value.
