How can I refill my account?

FreecoNet’s top-ups are supported by safe internet transactions service DotPay S.A. and should be performed after logging in to your user’s control panel in the Payments menu. Then click 'Refill account'. After the approval, you will be transferred to the DotPay secured site, where you are able to select a channel of payment. Next follow the instructions displayed on the pages. You will find a detailed instruction on refilling your account in Help section > Payment and account refill menu

Basically all payments can be made in several ways:

- via e-transfers in Poland
- transfers from bank accounts conducted by major polish banks
- payment cards
- cash by postal order
- cash in Żabka stores
- cash in Moje Rachunki (My bills) network

How can I refill my account if I do not have access to Internet banking service?

If you don’t have access to Internet banking service, you can refill your FreecoNet account by cash in three different ways:

1. Postal order – postal orders may be executed on each and every post office by paying a determined amount of money to the seller’s address listed in the address the transmission. During refilling your FreecoNet account using this method select Postal order option.

2. Pay in Żabka – method of cash payment for products and services purchased via internet. During refilling your FreecoNet account using this method select Pay in Żabka option.

3. In Moje Rachunki network – method of cash payment similar to the one in Żabka store, where you pay for your on-line purchases with cash in while shopping or gas refueling in the network of over 6000 commercial outlets in Poland and in popular stores and hypermarkets ex. Together, Leclerc, Real, Leviathan, Bellis, Carrefour, Champion, PKN Orlen, Statoil and others. During refilling your FreecoNet account using this method select In Moje Rachunki network option.

How long does it take to refill my account?

All PREPAID FreecoNet account top-ups are hosted by DotPay. Depending on the selected channel deposit payments are recorded:

INSTANTLY

If you refill your FreecoNet account via e-transfer Your payment will appear immediately after performing the transfer.

INSTANTLY OR IN THE NEXT WORKING DAY


If you make a deposit in Your bank accounts hours, provisioning appears in FreecoNet immediately. Payments made outside of these hours will be transferred in the next internal accounting of the bank.

If you pay by credit card, your FreecoNet account payment deposit can appear after several hours. Employees of DotPay verify each transaction additionally to ensure the maximum security to you and your money.

WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS

Selecting Postal order option you have to wait up to 5 working days to get your account refilled.

How to receive VAT invoices for refilling your account?

After each top-up your VAT invoice is generated and it is available in the user’s control panel in the Payments menu. When you click on the link VAT invoice, it will open in a new window from which you can print it.

If you want to receive an invoice with the stamp and the signature you must select the appropriate option in the user’s control panel. In order to do this:

1) Log in to user’s control panel
2) Go to Payments menu
3) Click 'Change your information’ in ‘Invoice information’ section
4) Select ‘I want to receive an invoice via post’ option and click Save

Invoices are being sent at the beginning of each month. For example, if you top-up your account twice in April then both documents will be received at the beginning of May in one dispatch.

For the dispatch of documents there is a fee charged in accordance with the up-to-date price list

How to make payment directly from my bank account?

If you want to make a payment directly from your bank account you need to get a bank account number and a transfer title

In order to do this:

Log in to user’s control panel and proceed in accordance with Refill account instruction, which is available in Help section:

After an automatic forwarding to the system of electronic payments DotPay please select:

Remittance/Bank transfer

In the new window of the browser a printout of the bank transfer with all the necessary information will be generated, which can be rewritten in order to comply with transfer from your bank account.

Remember not to add or modify the amount and transfer title. The title should be only a transaction number, which identifies a given payment with FreecoNet account. Thanks to this payments are transfered automatically.

Each following refilling should be performed according to the above guideline since every time different transaction number is being generated.

How long is my account valid after refilment?

In FreecoNet there is no specified lifetime of your account. As long as the balance is positive it is fully functional. In the situation when the balance falls below zero and stays negative for a month your incoming calls will be blocked. After three months, your account will be deleted. Any change will be notified by e-mail.
