Call forwarding

Call forwarding enable to redirect all the in-comming calls to a preconfigured phone number.

This utility enables:

redirecting connections on any telephone number,
reaching people even if they are outside the office,
plain and simple phone configuration changes via WWW user panel.

Free VoiceMail

VoiceMail enables clients and cooperants to leave messages when there is no possibility to answer the call. The prerequisites for the VoiceMail initiation are configured by the user (settings view).

Recorded messages can be replayed via users panel, with the possibility to view the id of the sender and reply option.

Free concealment and switching numbers

Thanks to number concealment feature the user may remain invisible for the others. The person that receives the call would not see the callers id on the phone's screen.

FreecoNet also enables to show other number (e.g. company's main number) then this one attached to the account from which the connection is being established. This feature enables that in case of redailing the caller would be connected with e.g. company's IVR system instead of directly to the user who answered previously. It is extremely helpful for managers.
