Why is it worth?

• Extremely innovative way of establishing connection with client, where he gives his number and awaits for a call.
• Lesser action taking barrier – client does not have to look for the number and does not pay for anything.
• Possibility to make use of current company's infrastructure or implementing internet telephony, IVR functionalities and CallCenter on FreecoNet platform.
• High security level – possibility of configuring maximal cost of connection, functionality working hours, list of allowed and prohibited prefixes.
• Extermely low cost of establishing connections due to usage of FreecoNet internet telephony (e.g. 0 PLN/min when both sides are connected to FreecoNet; 0,05-0,07 PLN gross/min when company is connected to FreecoNet and clients gives landline number; 0,36 PLN gross/min when company is connected to FreecoNet and client gives mobile number).
• Possibility to profile connections. When client call from the site with product X he will be connected with person responsible for  product X. If he enters other subsite he will be connected with Customer Service Office. In other words depending from the browsed content the connection may be directed to proper person.

• Easy integration with CRM systems. Create functionality and generate (in functionality settings) unlimited number of buttons to your clients. Each button should be added in your CRM system. You do not need to know client's number, all you need to do is click the button next to his name and FreecoNet will firstly call client (/you) and then you(/client).

Application

Contact field on company's web page

One of the applications of "Compile connection" functionality is pacing a box on your web page. Client in a window types in his telephone number and is automatically connected with Customer Service Office. Functionality may be directly compiled with consultants phone or other functionality e.g. CallCenter.

Company's CRM

Interesting application maybe also using it in company's CRM panel. Next to names of certain users there should be a simple "Call" buttons generated. In this way, when you would like to connect with certain client we do not need to digg into the panel in search for the number but just click the button next to users name and immiedietly establish connection with this client.

Secretary position

There is also a possibility to compile connections between two telephone numbers. For example we would like  CEO to call Project Manager. Nothing easier to do, secretary clicks the button and connects both sides.

 

"Compile connection" feature configuration

1. All setting are made via FreecoNet panel.
2. By choosing "Compile connection" feature in configuration field we may decide how does the feature establishes connections. Both sides may have limited numbers' prefixes (to particular zons, countries), you may allow to connect with functionalities or FreecoNet accounts, you may limit the time of funtionality action or maximal cost of connection. There are endless possibilities!
3. In middle, blue filed you may define the time after which the connection is being established, number of trials, etc.
4. In controls field there are settings available that would be visible on the web page.
5. For security reasons before generating web button there is panel password required.
6. In A and B page fields you have to choose with whom the functionality shall connect. Here are also many different options. Both sides may be either phone numbers or functionalities.
7. In orientation field you choose the place for box that is visible on web page (for simplification on right hand side there is an overview of the control button).
8. At the end all you need to do is press "Generate" button in order to obtain an individual HTML code. It should be pasted into source file of your web page and the functionality would be ready to use
9. Of course any time the functionality may be blocked. For this reason you should mark "Block functionality" and regardless of page settings it won't work.
