Puls Biznesu Daily informs that the company Aiton Caldwell from Gdansk (currently FreecoNet Tlenofon SA) intends to enter NewConnect market in the third quarter of 2011. General Shareholders' Meeting will be held in May and Company shareholders will adopt appropriate resolutions.
According to Jan Wyrwiński, President of the Company, strategy based on market consolidation is clearly bearing fruit. Revenues for January / February 2011 amounted to PLN 1.39 million, i.e., they grew by 110% in comparison with the equivalent period of 2010. Also EBITDA grew in comparison with 2010, i.e. from PLN 21,370 to PLN 384,870. The number of acquired customers exceeded 3,700.
The company is engaged in ongoing monitoring of VoIP market looking for potential acquisitions. It does not rule out a new acquisition as early as this year. Two new product lines dedicated to small and medium enterprises will be introduced soon - added Mr. Jan Wyrwiński.
