MassDial – FreecoNet’s phone campaigns 17.12.2009
No need for phone consultants in order to inform your customers about current promotions, updates in offer or simple Christmas wishes. Now you don’t have to perform hundreds of phone calls, repeating the same learned formulas while losing time and throat. All you need to do is activate the new FreecoNet’s service called MassDial.
MassDial allows compiling calls to any given numbers (all at the same time) and play previously prepared messages. In order to use this service you must create an account in FreecoNet and – using user’s control panel – activate the MassDial. Once the service is activated you need to upload the complete database of phone numbers and a file with the recorded message. The message can also be read out by a speech synthesizer available in FreecoNet. If you wish to use this option, simply enter text in the text box of MassDial console. The message can be customized for individual phone number.
"While creating a campaign you can specify hours and days of making calls or the way to retry the connection if the caller is unavailable. At the same time you can indicate the phone number, for which all calls should be forwarded (e.g. Call Center) in case your callers are interested in the offer. When everything is set you can start a campaign. Tracking the course of a campaign allows for receiving extensive reports showing the exact status of all calls being made. The service price is 149 PLN gross per month, to which also the cost of the call must be added. For example one minute of playing message by the recipient in Poland costs 0,05 PLN gross "- says John Wyrwiński, CEO of FreecoNet S.A.
FreecoNet’s MassDial service also stands out with available application programming interface, so called API. This allows you integrating any external systems, for example CRM with FreecoNet’s platform, and enriching them with e.g. the possibility of making mass calls.
It is worth mentioning that FreecoNet also offers another service, one which made the mass contact with customers feasible at the very beginning. It is the mass mailing feature, a part of Virtual Fax service. With the use of this service you can send an unlimited number of faxes simultaneously. Each fax can be easily customized, allowing directing the fax to a specific recipient. In addition, you do not have to maintain a telephone line, invest in the purchase of expensive fax machines occupying much space, or pay the operating costs associated with the purchase of paper and toner. Conducting a fax campaign is possible anytime (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), from anywhere in the world. All you need is just a computer and Internet access. The successful transmission of a single fax - both home and abroad - starts from 0,02 PLN gross.
