FreecoNet certifies partners and VoIP devices 04.06.2009
15 trusted and recommended partners and 13 VoIP devices recommended to users – these are the effects of the first certification training and hardware tests, which were held by FreecoNet SA internet telephony Telco.
The training took place in Warsaw on 20th May. It was organized as part of „Skuteczny Program Partnerski” program, which aims at passing knowledge about FreecoNet platform and VoIP market to partners. Participants were able to get insight into FreecoNet platform functioning as well as get to know about the news and interesting VoIP solutions. Significant was also the presentation of technical capabilities of most interesting and recommended by FreecoNet VoIP devices. The training ended with certificates delivery for 15 partner companies and 4 VoIP hardware producers.
Below are our certified partners: AG Telecom (Warszawa), ARM (Białystok), FHU ASCOR (Sośnie), Impet Computers Sp. z o.o. (Warszawa), IT4Q Sp. z o.o. (Katowice), JaTek (Warszawa), PLAN (Wołomin), PROINTEGRO Systemy Teleinformatyczne (Liszki), Telaxus LLC (USA), Telsa (Warszawa), Usługi Internetowe Majestic (Hel), Warpol.NET (Warszawa), WiFi Center (Toruń). Those companies were chosen from all FreecoNet partners as those which have largest knowledge and experience on VoIP market.
While FreecoNet VoIP hardware certificates – acknowledging proper cooperation with platform – were granted for such devices’ producers: AVM (FRITZ!BOX 7170 and FRITZ!BOX 7270), Cisco Systems (SPA921, SPA922, SPA941, SPA942, SPA962, SPA2102, SPA3102, PAPT2), Grandstream (HT502 i BT200) and Siemens (C470IP). Tests of those devices were conducted by FreecoNet’s research laboratory in Poznan, which is dedicated for VoIP technology. Devices were tested for trouble-free cooperation with FreecoNet platform and RFC standards compatibility, as well as its using comfort (among others: voice calls quality, stability of connection, support for additional VoIP functionalities).
Certification process is dedicated to help FreecoNet users in choosing hardware solution which will ensure proper working of internet telephony and FreecoNet’s additional functionalities.
