FreecoNet Tlenofon SA enters NewConnect market – the Company's development strategy 10.02.2011

New Aiton Caldwell group will soon appear on Polish market. It will be established through restructuring of the company FreecoNet Tlenofon SA from Gdańsk. Rebranding constitutes one of elements of the group's strategy drawn up to improve efficient management of a number of brands, facilitate consolidation of the industry and listing on NewConnect.

Aiton Caldwell was primarily established to manage a number of brands and to facilitate preparations for listing on NewConnect market. Jan Wyrwiński, President of the Board of Aiton Caldwell explains that IT services market is undergoing changes due to growing customer expectations.
- As the market leader we decided to respond with a dedicated solution. We decided to establish a corporate brand which will combine all our brands and products. Works are pending on some of them. They will be marketed soon. We believe that all companies planning optimization of their telecommunication solutions will be interested in our offer - added Mr. Wyrwiński.

Works on new solutions reached advanced stages. Comprehensive, hosted telecommunication services and services supporting management of SMEs will soon be added to the Company's offer. According to the Management Board, due to new products companies will be able to more efficiently manage costs of IT services, and improve infrastructure and customer relationship management .

Aiton Caldwell will focus on provision of telecommunication services for small and medium enterprise as well as individual customers. At the present time the Group operates FreecoNet brand, the leading supplier of Internet telephone services with an estimated share of VoIP market amounting to 40%. Additional brands will be dedicated for business customers from various sectors of the economy.
- We plan to diversify our product offer to ensure flexible approach to a customer. It is important for us that every company, regardless of its business profile or size, receives an IT solution tailored to its needs. We are convinced that due to initiate actions we will be able to compete with traditional operatorssaid Jan Wyrwiński.

Provision of SaaS (Software as a Service) services, i.e., a remote provision of software via Internet, will become the main business area for Aiton Caldwell. Thanks to these solutions it will not be necessary to setup software on customer's PC or to physically hold hardware such as telephone exchanges. SaaS model transfers management,update and hotline obligations to a supplier. Therefore a supplier will be responsible for all issues ensuring comfortable working conditions for a user. All products and services offered by the Group will included innovative solutions.

In accordance with the adopted strategy, Aiton Caldwell plans a debut on NewConnect market. The listing is scheduled by the second quarter of 2011. Capital obtained as a result of the share emission is estimated at approximately PLN 2 million. It will be used, without limitations, to continue the process of consolidation of Polish VoIP market, facilitate expansion to neighboring markets (primarily in Central and Eastern Europe) and to construct direct and indirect sale channels for new brands.

- Listing of FreecoNet Tlenofon SA, i.e., the company which offers the broadest range of services for SMEs and controls 40% of its market, on the stock exchange constitutes a good offer for investors. At the same time it closes NewConnect to other, smaller VoIP operators for some time to comeunderlines Mr. Krzysztof Malicki, Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board.

Preparations for the rebranding lasted for almost a year. Changes were planned in cooperation with renown agencies that specialize in image development and brand marketing.
