Aiton Caldwell awarded with the title of "A company responsible in business" 25.10.2011

During a festive gala of the "A company with future" competition, organized by the Pomeranian Chamber of Craftsmanship of Small and Medium Enterprise, Aiton Caldwell was honored with a title of "a company responsible in business". The jury, by giving the company the first place in this category, awarded good practices and social engagement. This was a fifteenth edition of the Gala.

The title of "a company responsible in business" is given for social engagement and work towards improving of human resources management. In it's explanation, the jury pointed to cooperation of Aiton Caldwell with institutions supporting business and universities, as well as financial and essential engagement in the Gdańsk Business Week 2011 project. Internal activities were also awarded - organizational culture and engagement of employees to participate in various organizational tasks. Participation in the European Union Personnel III project was also crucial.

-The title "A company responsible in business" is a big distinction for us and illustrates our philosophy well. Human resources are our biggest asset. Thanks to our employees - their will, ambitions and skills, the whole company can develop and set itself bold goals - said Jan Wyrwiński, CEO of Aiton Caldwell SA.

"A company with future" is a continuation of a competition organized since 1996, previously called "A company with quality". The plebiscite promotes innovative companies, which consistently realize their strategies and have good outlook. Every year, the chapter of the competition distinguishes companies in four categories: micro (with up to 9 employees), small (from 10 to 49 employees) medium (from 50 to 249) and big (250 employees and more). Additionally, each company has a chance to receive the title of "A company responsible in business".

In November, Aiton Caldwell SA will debut on an alternative stock exchange market - NewConnect. In it's private offering, the company acquired 1,7 million PLN, which will be spent on further consolidation of the Polish VoIP sector, expansion on international markets and building of direct and indirect sales channels for new brands.
